About the Role:
We are seeking a customer-focused Product Account Manager to oversee client relationships and drive product success. This role combines account management with product knowledge, ensuring customers receive maximum value and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
Understand customer needs and align them with product solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support
Provide product training, updates, and recommendations
Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:

3+ years of account management or client-facing experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Analytical mindset with a customer-first approach
