We are seeking an experienced Supplier Quality and Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. This key role will oversee the full spectrum of supplier management, quality assurance, and procurement activities, ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring product quality from receiving inspection through order fulfillment.

Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products.

Perform root cause analysis and lead corrective action processes.

Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality control and procurement processes.

Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate vendor performance.

Monitor inventory levels, forecast purchasing needs, and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies.

Resolve delivery issues, such as delays or damaged goods, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Experience in procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiation.

Familiarity with mechanical and electronics systems, production processes, and in-line QA practices.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
