Join a leading name in the aviation industry as a Procurement Specialist, supporting sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management for airline operations. In this role, you’ll manage procurement of parts, materials, and services essential to flight and maintenance operations. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods, maintain supplier relationships, and track purchase orders through completion.

What You’ll Do:

Source and negotiate with approved suppliers to obtain the best value.

Manage purchase orders, contracts, and vendor compliance.

Monitor inventory and coordinate with maintenance and operations teams.

Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvements within supply chain operations.

Qualifications:

3+ years of procurement or supply chain experience (aviation industry highly preferred).

Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in ERP or purchasing systems.
