We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support purchasing and vendor management activities. This role is responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure materials, products, and services based on business needs
Evaluate and negotiate with vendors on pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand
Track orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
Maintain vendor relationships and resolve any issues related to quality, pricing, or fulfillment
Analyze purchasing data to identify cost savings and process improvements
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures

Qualifications:

2+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Experience working with purchase orders, contracts, and inventory systems
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP or procurement software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments
Familiarity with inventory planning or demand forecasting
Exposure to cost analysis or supplier performance metrics
