We are seeking a results-driven Procurement Project Leader to support multiple sourcing and procurement initiatives across the platform. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Product Management—to develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive productivity, risk mitigation, supplier performance, and continuous improvement.


Responsibilities':

-Develop and execute detailed sourcing strategies aligned with Business Unit and Engineering platform requirements.
-Lead RFx processes, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract execution.
-Define negotiation strategies, mitigate supply and tariff risks, and evaluate switching costs.
-Build and manage Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models.
-Deliver commodity productivity through price reductions, tariff mitigation, value analysis (VA), VAVE, and continuous improvement initiatives.
-Manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company financial and operational goals.
-Identify performance gaps and collaboratively implement countermeasures to exceed targets.
-Evaluate supplier capabilities against business requirements for quality, cost, and delivery.
-Support tactical sourcing work, including new supplier implementation and PFEP activities.
-Participate in lean initiatives (5S, RIEs, SQDIP, MDI, 9-Step).
-Ensure compliance with company policies, EHS standards, and ISO requirements.


Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement, engineering, project management, quality, finance, or operations within a diversified industrial environment.
-Strong understanding of procurement processes at operational and leadership levels preferred.
-Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and navigate ambiguity independently.
-Strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Experience with:

-International sourcing (preferred)
-Supplier development and supplier quality (preferred)
-Lean manufacturing and A3 methodology (preferred)
-Oracle systems and finance month-end validation (plus)
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Proficiency in industry-related software and computer applications.
