290 W Nationwide Blvd, Columbus, OH 43215 (Hybrid – in office Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday & Friday)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


What you'll do:
• Lead contract creation and administration for purchasing goods and services
• Develop and manage bid documents (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) and evaluate vendor proposals
• Negotiate contract terms to meet company standards and stakeholder requirements
• Manage multiple contracts, including changes, updates, and approvals
• Work with internal teams (legal, finance, project management) to support contract processes
• Analyze vendor proposals and provide recommendations
• Conduct market research to support cost savings and sourcing strategies
• Maintain accurate contract records in SAP Ariba and ensure compliance Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
• 3–4 years of experience required if degree is held
• Ability to work independently and make decisions based on company policies
• Strong understanding of vendors, contracts, and procurement processes
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support cross-functional teams
Preferred:
• Experience in procurement or supply chain supporting cybersecurity/enterprise security
• Experience with SAP Ariba CLM
• Experience in contract negotiation, sourcing, and vendor management
