• Verify data integrity and test migrated information for accuracy
• Pull and analyze procurement data for recurring and ad hoc reporting
• Monitor a shared eProcurement inbox and assist internal users with questions and system issues
• Troubleshoot ERP errors and technical issues, researching problems through resolution when possible
• Help identify procurement and system integration issues
• Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, suppliers, and internal customers
• Support supplier relationships and additional procurement/data projects as needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables • Experience with ERP or other web-based business systems
• Strong analytical, research, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to independently investigate issues and work toward solutions
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and remain responsive and productive in a remote environment

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Workday or Jaggaer
• Reporting, analytics, or database reporting
• Data migration or archival projects
• Technical/system support
• Procurement experience, particularly IT procurement

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma plus 3 years of computer systems/data analytics experience, or a related bachelor’s degree in place of the required experience. Additional experience with procurement, reporting analytics, web-based systems, or technical support is preferred.

REMOTE WORK EXPECTATIONS

This is a work-from-home position, but candidates must be within reasonable driving distance of Charleston. Employees are expected to be actively working and responsive during scheduled hours, and cameras are regularly used for virtual meetings.

Equipment is provided, including a laptop, docking station, two monitors, keyboard, and mouse. Occasional travel to the agency’s Charleston-area location will be required for equipment needs or infrequent in-person meetings.

CONTRACT DETAILS

This is a long-term contract position. While the department has an ongoing need and there may be an opportunity for the position to become permanent in the future, permanent conversion is not guaranteed.
