The Process Technician will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and optimizing injection molding processes to ensure the efficient production of high-quality plastic components. This role involves troubleshooting molding issues, performing machine adjustments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and maintain safety standards and requirements.

Shifts Available:
1st shift- 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
2nd shift-3:30 pm to 12:00 am

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in plastics, manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Process Technician or related position within the injection molding industry.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing molding processes to improve quality and efficiency.
• Good understanding and knowledge with basic maintenance and quality practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document processes clearly and understand work instructions, equipment manuals and all warning and precaution signs and labels.
• Excellent decision making, good judgement and integrity.
• Physical Requirements:
o Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
o Continual standing, bending, walking for extended periods during the shift
• Working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations.
