Healthcare provider located in Winter Park is seeking an experienced temp to hire Procedure scheduler : Temp to Perm
Hours are 830-5pm at our main office - Winter Park. (North Mills)
$19.50 - $19.75
Procedure Scheduling:
• Schedule procedures in CDE or hospital for all physicians
• Check orders queue daily
• Check and process task daily
• Check and return voicemails daily
• Follow up with patient to schedule procedure x3
• Send clearance concern letters
• Jump in clinic for all physicians
• Cover voicemails for other staff members when off.
• Schedule radiology and outside procedures when needed.
• Task add on’s to designated personnel
• Communicate with doctors and staff regarding schedule.
• Travel to satellite offices
• Documentation in task, orders and/or chart notes
• Check accuracy of monthly schedule with gmed
• Queue calls
• Gmed recalls
Requirement:
2+ years of Surgery Scheduling/Procedure Scheduler experience
Longevity/Stable working performance.
Computer savvy
