Are you an elite sales professional with a strong book of business in private aviation?
We are hiring experienced Private Jet Advisors (PJAs) to join a high-performing team at a prestigious private aviation firm. This is a remote position for candidates based in Miami, Chicago, Van Nuys, West Palm Beach, or Naples.

If you're passionate about luxury travel, have a $5M–$10M+ annual retail book of business, and thrive in a high-performance, client-focused environment — this is the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

What You’ll Do:
Manage and grow your own portfolio of retail charter clients (direct-to-consumer; not fleet-based).
Provide white-glove, end-to-end private jet travel solutions tailored to high-net-worth clients.
Work remotely with full flexibility across aircraft operators.
Collaborate with account management, flight ops, finance, and marketing teams to deliver seamless, luxury service.

What You Bring:
5+ years of sales experience in private jet charter (retail side only).
Proven ability to manage a multi-million-dollar book of business.
Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote role and exceed client expectations.
Must reside in or near Miami, Chicago, Van Nuys, West Palm Beach, or Naples.

What You’ll Earn:
Base Salary: $65,000–$85,000 DOE
Uncapped Commission: Ranges from $200K (low) to $950K+ (top performer)
