Job Title: Printing Associate (Print Production)
Location: San Antonio, TX 78288 (Onsite))
Job Type: 3 Months of contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Work Environment: Print Production Center

Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
• Operate high-volume copying, printing, and document imaging equipment
• Perform binding and finishing services (spiral binding, cutting, folding, laminating, stapling)
• Handle large format printing (banners, posters, foam boards, signage)
• Manage print production tasks including color and black & white jobs
• Perform quality checks and ensure accuracy of completed work
• Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment (clear jams, basic maintenance)
• Support mailroom and shipping/receiving operations
• Track job requests, maintain logs, and assist with billing records
• Deliver completed jobs to internal departments
• Assist with conference room setup and light facility support
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to job inquiries

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience in print production, copy services, or related field
• Experience with binding, finishing, and large format printing preferred
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, file handling)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working with production equipment and machinery
