Job Summary
Legal On-Site Services Specialist to support daily operations in a professional legal office environment. This role focuses on mail, copy, scan, and print services, along with providing exceptional customer service to legal professionals. The position reports directly to the onsite Site Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate high-volume copy, print, scanning, and mail processing equipment
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, shipping, and receiving
• Perform binding, finishing, QC, and final document checks
• Maintain copier functionality, clear paper jams, and report technical issues
• Accurately log meter readings, service requests, and billing information
• Distribute office supplies, mail, and completed jobs to designated locations
• Handle sensitive and confidential legal documents with accuracy and discretion
• Use MS Office, email systems, and image/file handling software
• Perform scanning, OCR, file naming, formatting, and FTP file transfers
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure work areas are neat and stocked
• Provide professional customer support to attorneys, paralegals, secretaries, and partners
• Meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal environment strongly preferred
• Copy/print experience is required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Technical aptitude with printers, copiers, scanners, and mail equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Completion of Ricoh Legal Training within 90 days of hire
