What You’ll Do
• Provide daily on-site support for network and workstation printers across multiple locations
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer support requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve printer-related technical issues
• Document all service requests and updates using TRAC Solution
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or account managers when needed
• Provide end-user training and remote support as necessary
• Maintain on-site printer supplies, parts, and consumables inventory
• Assist with printer procurement and hot-swap equipment management
• Track and report printer fleet usage and meter readings
• Help maintain accurate printer fleet databases and support tools
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years’ experience in IT support, help desk, or technical troubleshooting (hardware/software)
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
• Ability to perform moderate physical activity (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, bending)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Technical certifications (HP or similar) are a plus
