We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Print and Mailroom Support Specialist for a professional office environment in Greensboro, NC. This role offers variety and customer interaction and is ideal for candidates who enjoy staying active during the workday.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operations in the print shop and mailroom
Provide front desk coverage for lunch, breaks, and absences
Monitor email for incoming print requests and complete jobs using wide-format copiers, bindery tools, and cutting equipment
Operate scanners, copiers, and other office equipment
Distribute mail, packages, and printed materials throughout the facility
Maintain print room and office equipment, resolving minor issues and escalating service needs
Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in print services or mailroom preferred but not required (training provided)
Basic computer skills including MS Office proficiency
Strong customer service and organizational skills
Must be comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
