We are seeking a Print Support Specialist I to provide daily on-site support for network and workstation printers. This role focuses on technical support, customer service, and printer fleet management. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, IT help desk experience, and the ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide daily support for network and workstation printers
• Respond to customer support requests quickly and professionally
• Document all service calls and requests using TRAC Solution
• Escalate complex issues to Customer Service Technicians or Account Managers
• Provide end-user training and remote support as needed
• Maintain on-site parts and consumables inventory
• Procure printers and manage hot-swap inventory as required
• Track and report fleet meter reads
• Maintain printer fleet tools and databases
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred
• IT Help Desk support experience (application & hardware support)
• Technical certifications preferred (e.g., HP certifications)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests
• Moderate physical effort required (walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between multiple locations
