Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Print Support Specialist to provide on-site printer support in a fast-paced hospital environment. The role involves printer triage/break-fix support, toner delivery, and assisting with print/copy center projects. Candidates must be able to stay organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused while working in a setting that requires constant movement and occasional lifting of equipment.

Location: Baltimore, MD (hospital setting)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Assignment Length: Through December 2025
Dress Code: Business casual

Key Responsibilities
Provide daily support for network and workstation printers.
Perform printer troubleshooting, break/fix triage, and supply replenishment.
Assist in the copy center with various print projects.
Document service requests and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain on-site inventory of hardware, toner, and parts.
Support printer installs, moves, and hot swap replacements.
Deliver outstanding customer service to end users and staff.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education preferred).
Prior IT Help Desk, hardware support, or printer support experience.
Technical certifications (such as HP certifications) a plus.
Strong organizational and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Comfort with walking/standing for long periods and lifting up to 20 lbs.
Valid driver’s license required (occasional travel between clinic locations).

Work Environment
On-site in a hospital setting.
Requires frequent walking and standing throughout the day.
Some moderate physical effort, including bending, reaching, and lifting printers or supplies.
