Job Title: Print Production Specialist
Contract: Temporary to Perm
Location: Warminster, PA
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Print Production Specialist. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day copy center operations in a high-volume, single-person site. Duties include processing and running print jobs, binding books, laminating materials, and coordinating job scheduling. The role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Pay rate: $23/hr
Responsibilities:
• Operate copy/print and bindery equipment (printing, binding, laminating)
• Manage and prioritize multiple print jobs in a fast-paced environment
• Schedule and track print production to meet deadlines
• Provide customer support for print requests and inquiries
• Maintain organization and workflow efficiency in a solo-operated site
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of copy center or related experience (B2B or technical preferred)
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience
• Basic technical aptitude and understanding of print/production processes
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to present information to small groups
• Capable of handling a high-volume workload independently
