Position Overview We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Print Production Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Scotia, NY. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service and production coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support
• Coordinate production of all print and promotional jobs from initiation to completion
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage order fulfillment and delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools
Qualifications
• Experience in customer service and production coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems efficiently
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• Associate’s degree preferred
• Background in promotional products, marketing firms, events, or screen printing is highly desirable
Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate has experience in a higher-level customer service or operations role within a promotional products company or similar environment. They understand production workflows and client expectations and are skilled at managing both effectively.
