Job Title: Print Production Specialist
Contract: Temporary to Perm
Location: Hartford, CT
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Print Production Specialist. Responsibilities include operating high-volume production printers to produce forms and patient education materials, processing print orders through the Digital Storefront system, managing print workflows with minimal supervision, and performing physical tasks such as lifting items up to 60 lbs.
Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Pay rate: $19.46/hr - $24.51/hr
Responsibilities:
• Operate large production printers to produce medical and educational materials
• Process print orders using Digital Storefront system
• Lift and transport materials weighing up to 60 lbs
• Work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of related experience (preferably B2B or technical environment)
• 1+ years of customer-facing experience
• Comfortable with technology and digital tools
• Good communication (verbal & written) and basic customer service skills
• Problem-solving ability and confidence to present to small groups
