Be the bridge between our clients, vendors, and internal teams. You’ll ensure projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and client satisfaction remains our top priority.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, outside vendors, and internal departments.
Receive customer or Account Executive orders and create accurate job tickets, capturing all required job data (pieces, color, shipping, postage, extra charges, etc.).
Organize and maintain individual folders for each job, ensuring all documentation is easily retrievable for billing and reference purposes.
Track the status of all in-house jobs daily and prepare a daily status report for management.
Meet regularly with Production Leaders to verify job deadlines; proactively report any potential delays to the Account Executive.
Route materials for client proofing and approval.
Resolve discrepancies in job progression to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience in operations, production, or project coordination preferred.
Familiarity with promotional products is a plus but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Ability to track multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency with standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
