Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Print Production Associate. This role supports on-site operations across multiple functions including high-volume printing, mail services, shipping/receiving, document scanning, and occasional front desk coverage. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Pay rate: $20/hr
Responsibilities:
• Operate high-volume printers, copiers, scanners, bindery, and finishing equipment
• Perform document imaging, quality control, and final output checks
• Conduct basic copier maintenance and troubleshoot issues; escalate as needed
• Sort, distribute, and apply postage to incoming/outgoing mail and faxes
• Handle shipping and receiving duties; use shrink-wrap machine, tape machine, scales, and related tools
• Deliver completed jobs to designated areas internally or externally
• Maintain logs, records, supply inventories, and service reports
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding job status or service issues
• Ensure copier areas are tidy and well-stocked
• Occasionally perform receptionist or front desk tasks
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of related experience in print/copy/mail operations
• Proficiency in MS Office; basic troubleshooting and electronics knowledge
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, bend, and move as needed
