Pay Rate: $17.25/hour
Schedule: Part-Time (24–29 hours/week) | Between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Environment: On-site (Customer-facing business center)

Key Responsibilities
• Operate high-volume copy, print, and scanning equipment
• Perform binding, finishing, and document preparation
• Handle shipping & receiving, including packaging and postage
• Sort and distribute mail and packages
• Assist walk-in customers with print and service requests
• Maintain logs, inventory, and billing records
• Ensure copiers and equipment are functioning properly (clear jams, basic troubleshooting)
• Deliver completed jobs across the site as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked business center
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding job status and services

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in print/copy, shipping, or office services preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
• Comfortable working with office equipment (printers, scanners, postage machines)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Valid driver’s license may be required (10% travel between buildings)

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 50–55 lbs)
• Pushing/pulling equipment and walking between buildings
