Job Title: Print Operator / Mail Room Clerk

Pay Rate: $18–$20/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
• Operate high-volume copy, print, and document imaging equipment
• Perform binding, finishing, and quality control of print jobs
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and receiving tasks
• Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment (e.g., clearing paper jams, basic maintenance)
• Use MS Office, email, and document management systems for file handling
• Track job requests, maintain logs, and assist with billing documentation
• Support conference room setups and light office maintenance tasks
• Deliver completed jobs within and across office locations
• Provide front-desk/reception support when needed
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked

Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience in print production, office services, or related field preferred
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Ability to operate office and print equipment efficiently
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (e.g., paper cases)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
