Job Title: Print & Mail Services Supervisor
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Bobala Rd, Holyoke, MA 01040
Job Summary
This role oversees daily print and mail center operations within a healthcare support environment. Responsibilities include operational reporting, staff coordination, USPS account management, and customer support functions across multiple sites. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and capable of leading day-to-day operations while preparing for future advancement into a Site Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
• Support and coordinate daily operations for print and mail service centers
• Assist with oversight of staff across multiple locations
• Pull and analyze end-of-month production and volume reports
• Create customer monthly and quarterly operational reports
• Manage USPS account maintenance and postage-related processes
• Coordinate with satellite locations and provide operational support as needed
• Drive to nearby facilities to check in on staff and complete operational tasks
• Handle postage-related errands, including check pickups and post office transactions
• Maintain strong customer service and professional communication standards
• Support operational continuity and transition planning with senior leadership
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in print, mailroom, office services, or operations support preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proficiency with reporting, Microsoft Office, and operational tracking systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to maintain professionalism in a healthcare environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Vaccination documentation required per healthcare facility standards

Additional Information
• Opportunity for long-term growth into a Site Manager position following training
• Training provided alongside the current Senior Site Manager through August 2026
• Weekly local travel between Holyoke and Springfield facilities required
• Occasional post office and corporate office errands included in role responsibilities
