Job Title: Print & Mail Services Specialist

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Baltimore, MD 21202

Job Summary

This role supports daily print, mailroom, and office services operations within a professional legal office environment. The position is cross-functional, with primary responsibility for print production while also assisting with mail processing, shipping/receiving, and hospitality support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support print production equipment for high-volume document processing
• Process, scan, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
• Handle outgoing shipping and receiving activities
• Deliver mail and packages throughout the office
• Scan and track packages using internal systems
• Assist with hospitality and office support services as needed
• Maintain organization and cleanliness within print and mail areas
• Respond professionally to customer and staff requests
• Support general office services operations and workflow priorities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in print production or copy/print services preferred
• Experience in mailroom, shipping/receiving, or legal environments preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to work in a legal office setting
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic computer and scanning system knowledge preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Office and legal services environment
• Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the workday
• Handling and transporting mail, packages, and printed materials
• Operation of large print and mailroom equipment
• Fast-paced environment with daily operational deadlines
