The Print & Mail Production Associate plays a key role in supporting daily service level agreements (SLAs) by assisting with the printing of documents and operation of mailing equipment to ensure all deadlines are met. Ideal candidates will have experience in print and mail services, enjoy working as part of a team, and feel comfortable using printing/mailing technology while standing for long periods of time.

?? Location: Velera — 4950 Amon Carter Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76155
?? Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
?? Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
?? Driving Required: No, but reliable transportation is needed

??? Key Responsibilities
Operate high-volume copy/duplicating equipment
Perform binding, finishing, and QC checks
Operate high-volume digital imaging and mail management systems
Use document imaging software and MS Office to send/retrieve electronic files
Ship and receive products and supplies; sort, distribute, and meter mail
Maintain copier equipment and resolve basic issues (paper jams, toner levels, etc.)
Generate management reports and track supply inventories
Distribute office supplies and completed print jobs to designated departments
Answer internal customer inquiries and support service requests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of copy/mail areas
May assist with building support needs (meeting room setup, light maintenance, etc.)
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
1–2 years of relevant experience (print/mail preferred)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good PC skills; familiarity with MS Office and email systems
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to use and learn various office machines and technical equipment
Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50–55 lbs
Ability to push/pull equipment on wheels up to approx. 700 lbs when moving for repairs
