Must-Haves for Success
Proven hands-on experience operating high-speed, high-volume printers/copiers
Skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining large print machines
Knowledge of bindery and finishing equipment, including cutters and folders
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain high-volume printers, copiers, scanners, and mail processing equipment
Perform finishing work using cutters, folders, and other bindery tools
Sort, process, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail; apply postage accurately
Maintain inventory and prepare management reports
Respond to service calls and ensure timely delivery of completed jobs
Assist with shipping/receiving and maintain convenience copier areas
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1–2 years of experience in a print/mail environment (copy/print center experience preferred)
Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite)
Ability to lift up to 50–55 lbs and move equipment on wheels (up to 700 lbs)
