In this role, you will oversee the scheduling, processing, and completion of client projects from start to finish. Acting as the central liaison between clients, vendors, and internal departments, you will ensure jobs move seamlessly through production, meet deadlines, and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate project scheduling, processing, and implementation from inception to completion
Serve as liaison between clients, vendors, and internal departments for smooth workflows
Accurately prepare and manage job tickets, ensuring all details, codes, and costs are documented
Track project progress daily, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to leadership
Organize project folders with complete documentation for billing and record-keeping
Route materials for proofing and approvals, resolving discrepancies to maintain client satisfaction
Collaborate with Production Leaders to monitor deadlines and proactively address delays

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven project coordination or operations experience (production or promotional products a plus)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Clear and professional communication with clients, vendors, and team members
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Proficient in tracking, reporting, and workflow management
