Pay Rate: Up to $20.86/hr
Schedule: Day shift (may include occasional overtime, nights, or weekends)

Job Summary
This role requires hands-on experience with print production, bindery, and finishing equipment, as well as strong customer service skills. The position operates in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and involves standing, lifting, and handling outbound shipments.
Key Responsibilities
Operate high-volume copy and digital print equipment
Perform binding, finishing, and quality control checks
Operate document imaging systems and image-handling software
Use MS Office and email systems to open, save, and transfer files
Monitor and maintain convenience copiers (paper jams, quality checks, supply levels)
Generate reports for print, imaging, and mail systems
Ship and receive materials; handle multiple outbound shipments daily
Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and packages
Maintain billing logs, meter readings, service logs, and supply inventories
Respond to customer service requests and coordinate service calls
Deliver completed jobs within and between buildings
Perform meeting room setups and light facility support as needed
Maintain clean, organized copier and work areas
Operate bindery and finishing equipment including:
Shrink-wrap machine
Paper cutter
Hole drill
Jogger
Stapler
Tape machine
Scales
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
1–2 years of experience in print production, copy center, or related field preferred
Experience with print center operations and finishing equipment required
Working knowledge of MS Office; Adobe software experience is a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good organizational and prioritization abilities
Comfortable learning and operating a wide range of equipment
Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to stand for long periods
Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and lifting
Lift and move boxes up to 50–55 lbs
Push or pull equipment on wheels (up to 700 lbs for repositioning)
Walking between buildings may be required
