Pay Rate: $19.46/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Temp to perm
Dress Code: Business Casual (No jeans or sportswear)

The primary responsibility is print production, with additional duties in mailroom operations, shipping/receiving, and hospitality services. Candidates must be comfortable running high-volume print equipment, delivering mail/packages, and supporting legal professionals in a high-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Operate and maintain high-volume print and finishing equipment
-Sort, scan, and deliver incoming/outgoing mail and packages
-Provide basic copier maintenance and troubleshooting
-Deliver high-quality, confidential print and scanning services
-Support hospitality services, meeting room setup, and occasional light maintenance
-Interact professionally with attorneys, legal staff, and executives
-Assist with file management, scanning, digital conversion, and document delivery
-Maintain organized inventory and supply records

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED required
-1–2 years of related office services or print production experience
-Minimum 2 years in a legal environment strongly preferred
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Experience with copier equipment, shipping/receiving processes, and mail handling
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
-Basic electronics and file formatting knowledge is a plus
