We’re looking for an experienced Print Center Specialist to join a busy on-site print center in a hospital environment. This role involves hands-on work with printing, bindery equipment, walking within the hospital to deliver print jobs, and lifting cases of paper. If you have previous print center experience and enjoy a physically active role, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
-Operate high-volume production printers and bindery equipment
-Perform printing, copying, sorting, finishing, and shipping tasks
-Deliver printed materials throughout the hospital
-Maintain equipment and perform basic troubleshooting
-Maintain inventory of supplies, logs, and service records
-Assist with occasional reception or conference room setups
-Use PC, fax, postage meter, and other office equipment as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
-1–2 years of related print or copy center experience
-Ability to stand, walk, and lift cases of paper regularly
-Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures preferred
-Basic electronics or copier repair knowledge is a plus
