**Print & Business Center Associate**

**Location:** Baltimore, MD
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
**Pay Rate:** Up to $20/hour
**Assignment Length:** Temporary through May

### **Position Overview**

We are seeking a polished, customer-focused **Print & Business Center Associate** to support daily operations in a professional office environment. This is a **cross-functional role** ideal for candidates with experience in print production, mail services, and customer-facing support. The position offers consistent weekday hours and an immediate start.

### **What You’ll Do**

* Perform print production services, including operating large-format and standard print equipment
* Process, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
* Assist with shipping and receiving of packages
* Deliver mail and packages throughout the office environment
* Provide hospitality and front-line support to internal clients
* Maintain organization and accuracy within the business center
* Support mailroom and production tasks as workflow demands

### **What We’re Looking For**

* Prior experience in **print production**, business center, or mailroom operations
* Strong **customer service and communication skills**
* Professional demeanor and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
* Comfortable working with printers, scanners, and production equipment
* Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

### **Work Environment & Expectations**

* Professional business center setting
* **Business casual dress code** (no jeans or sportswear)
* On-site role; parking is the responsibility of the candidate
* No COVID vaccine requirement
