Key Responsibilities
- Support large-scale pricing, revenue, and business transformation initiatives within a financial services environment.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Execute project tasks within an agile framework, including user stories, testing, issue tracking, and implementation support.
- Contribute to process improvements across treasury operations, global payments, liquidity, revenue management, and related systems.
- Analyze pricing strategies, revenue processes, and operational workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure transformation activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Compensation: $43.33 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support implementation and execution of pricing and revenue transformation initiatives.
- Document business requirements, support agile delivery, and participate in testing activities.
- Work with stakeholders across treasury, global payments, liquidity, pricing, and revenue management functions.
- Help drive process change and adoption across business and operational teams.
- 4-6+ years of large-scale change management or business transformation experience.
- Experience with pricing strategies and pricing tools, preferably within financial services or payments.
- Revenue management experience, including exposure to revenue management systems or related processes.
- Strong understanding of treasury operations, global payments, and liquidity management.
- Experience working in an agile execution environment.
- Ability to document business requirements clearly and support testing efforts.
- Quick learner who can ramp up quickly and contribute with minimal oversight.
- Self-starter with strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced transformation environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services, payments, banking, treasury, or fund accounting environment.
- Prior experience supporting system implementations, business process redesign, or enterprise transformation programs.
- Familiarity with user acceptance testing, test case documentation, defect tracking, and stakeholder validation.
- Ability to bridge business, operations, and technology teams during transformation initiatives.
