Our client is seeing a Press Brake Operator for their 2nd shift 1:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Must have:
• A strong foundation in safety,
• A deep knowledge of press brake machines.
• A deep understanding of fabrication process.
• Understanding the press brake's operation, maintenance routines, control systems (manual, CNC, or hybrid), and load limits is non-negotiable for safe and productive work.
• Knowledgeable of punches and dies.
• Knowledgeable of measurement tools such as tape measures, calipers, angle gauge, micrometers, square.
• Knowledge of different types of materials
• Being able to read and interpret technical drawings, with all proper tolerances and specifications.

Big plus if you have:

• Knowledgeable of machine’s specific setup, programming, and troubleshooting methods.
• Knowledge of various bending methods. Air bending, bottom bending, and coining
• Knowledge of various bending methods—air bending, bottom bending, and coining.
• Knowledge of 5-S
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing
