Our client is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Preschool Director to lead and scale a high-quality early childhood program. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about early childhood education, operational excellence, and team development. Key Responsibilities:

Drive day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and program excellence
Ensure full compliance with California Community Care Licensing (Title 22) and all regulatory standards
Lead implementation of a Montessori or developmentally appropriate curriculum
Champion a safe, engaging, and high-performing learning environment
Monitor classroom quality, KPIs, and student developmental progress
Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top-tier teaching talent
Deliver coaching, performance management, and professional development to staff
Maintain proper staffing ratios and scheduling optimization
Build and sustain a positive, collaborative, and high-retention culture
Oversee record-keeping, compliance documentation, and audit readiness
Lead licensing inspections with confidence and accuracy
Drive enrollment growth through tours, family engagement, and community outreach
Manage parent relations, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
Oversee budgeting, tuition billing, and cost controls
Continuously improve policies, procedures, and program quality initiatives

Qualifications:

5+ years of preschool experience, including leadership or director-level responsibilities
Meets California Title 22 Director Qualifications (required)
CPR/First Aid Certification and background clearance (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (preferred)
Montessori credential (AMI or AMS strongly preferred)
Bilingual abilities are a plus
