Legal Assistant / Pre-Suit Paralegal Winter Garden, FL | $45,000 – $55,000
What You’ll Do:
Draft and file pleadings, demand letters, and court documents • Prepare notices and claims of lien, and manage pre-suit communications • Handle lien and mortgage foreclosures, bankruptcies, covenant enforcement, evictions, and post-judgment matters • Track case deadlines and maintain accurate file documentation • Reconcile account balances (strong math skills required) What You’ll Need: • 2+ years of civil litigation experience • Strong legal writing and negotiation skills • Familiarity with Florida court systems and filing procedures • Excellent organizational and communication abilities Perks: Small, close-knit team environment | Health, dental, and life insurance | Growth opportunity with hands-on casework
