What You’ll Do:
• Draft and file pleadings, demand letters, and court documents
• Prepare notices and claims of lien, and manage pre-suit communications
• Handle lien and mortgage foreclosures, bankruptcies, covenant enforcement, evictions, and post-judgment matters
• Track case deadlines and maintain accurate file documentation
• Reconcile account balances (strong math skills required)
What You’ll Need:
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong legal writing and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Florida court systems and filing procedures
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
