Oversee daily operations of the preschool and ensure compliance with state licensing regulations.
Implement and maintain developmentally appropriate curriculum.
Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive learning environment.
Monitor classroom quality and student progress.
Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate teaching staff.
Provide coaching, professional development, and performance feedback.
Maintain staffing ratios according to licensing standards.
Foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with California Community Care Licensing (Title 22).
Maintain accurate records including student files, staff credentials, and safety documentation.
Prepare for and manage licensing inspections.
Conduct tours and manage student enrollment processes.
Build strong relationships with families through communication and engagement.
Address parent concerns and ensure high satisfaction.
Manage budgets, tuition billing, and operational expenses.
Develop policies, procedures, and program improvements.
Coordinate marketing and community outreach efforts.
