Our client is seeking a Plastic Extrusion Production Manager to take ownership of production operations, lead a talented team, and help drive continued growth and efficiency. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily extrusion manufacturing operations
Lead and develop production teams
Monitor production performance, quality, and efficiency
Partner with maintenance, quality, and leadership teams
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Manage scheduling, staffing, and workflow
Qualifications:
Direct plastic extrusion manufacturing experience required
Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of safety, quality, and productivity metrics
Lean manufacturing experience is a plus
Important: Candidates without direct plastic extrusion manufacturing experience will not be considered.
