Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail oriented Plant Operator I to support daily production operations. This role involves loading bulk trucks, filling package orders, performing light maintenance, and ensuring overall plant cleanliness. Candidates should be reliable, safety focused, and comfortable working in a hands on industrial environment.

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable with solid work ethic
• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime
• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• Ability to enter data using a tablet
• Technical aptitude preferred
• Basic math skills
• Stable employment history strongly preferred

Responsibilities
• Load bulk trucks with liquid products using loading systems, connecting hoses to tanker compartments, and pumping product safely and accurately.
• Fill package orders including totes, drums, and pails.
• Maintain plant cleanliness, including personal workspaces and general facility housekeeping.
• Perform light maintenance, such as PVC piping installation and hose replacement.
*Previous pump and PVC experience preferred.
• Operate forklifts as needed.
*Forklift experience preferred; certification will be provided if required.
Additional -
Candidates must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts.
