Job Summary
AppleOne is recruiting an experienced Plant Manager Manufacturing leader for a direct hire opportunity in Fresno, CA. This management-level role is ideal for a hands-on operations executive who can lead complex manufacturing operations, align teams around business goals, and drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and profitability.
The Plant Manager Manufacturing will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple divisions, including production, planning, scheduling, procurement, inventory, warehouse operations, customer service, logistics, quality, sourcing, and R&D coordination. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving manufacturing environment and enjoys building a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across multiple divisions, aligning operational priorities with business goals and group strategy.
- Drive operational and financial performance through productivity improvements, cost reduction, COGS reduction, gross margin improvement, inventory control, and working capital initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end execution from order intake through production, shipment, customer delivery, and invoicing.
- Lead production planning, scheduling, procurement, inventory, warehouse operations, supplier management, logistics, customer service, and RMA processes.
- Promote a strong QHSE culture by ensuring compliance with safety, quality, environmental, customer, regulatory, and certification requirements.
- Coach and develop cross-functional teams while building accountability, ownership, collaboration, and a high-performance manufacturing culture.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $130,000 to $150,000 per year with contingent 10% bonus.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Lead multi-division manufacturing operations with responsibility for production, supply chain, inventory, warehouse, customer service, logistics, and quality performance.
- Drive S&OP execution, capacity planning, delivery performance, supplier alignment, and operational profitability.
- Manage operational budgets, forecasts, CAPEX planning support, cost reduction initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, RMA management, field issue resolution, and reduction of cost of poor quality.
- 10+ years of manufacturing and operations leadership experience.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in a manufacturing, production, or operations environment.
- Strong background in manufacturing operations, supply chain management, sourcing, procurement, planning, and inventory control.
- Demonstrated success improving productivity, reducing costs, strengthening margins, and driving operational performance.
- Strong operational and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, COGS reduction, working capital, and profitability improvement.
- Experience leading customer service, order management, logistics, shipping coordination, and on-time delivery improvement.
- Strong understanding of safety, quality, environmental compliance, KPIs, corrective actions, and operational risk reduction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and team development skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across international, matrixed, and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing external manufacturing partners, subcontractors, or contract manufacturers.
- Industrial products or engineered solutions manufacturing experience.
- Experience supporting supplier development, dual sourcing, sourcing strategy, and supply risk mitigation.
- Experience leading or partnering with R&D, product development, product improvement, manufacturability, and industrialization initiatives.
