Plant Manager – Cold Storage Facility

Location: Delano, CA
Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 annually

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at our cold storage facility in Delano. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in refrigeration systems, cold storage management, and team leadership. This role requires strong operational oversight, compliance with food safety standards, and the ability to optimize plant performance.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the cold storage plant, ensuring efficiency and safety.
Manage refrigeration systems and maintain optimal temperature controls.
Lead and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, HACCP, and other regulatory standards.
Drive cost control, productivity, and quality initiatives.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing a cold storage or refrigerated facility.
Strong knowledge of **industrial refrigeration systems (ammonia preferred).
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Experience with food safety regulations and **warehouse operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
