Key Responsibilities
- Support pharmacists with daily pharmacy operations, medication preparation, and prescription processing.
- Assist with receiving, verifying, labeling, and organizing medications and pharmacy inventory.
- Provide professional customer service to patients, healthcare staff, and internal team members.
- Maintain accurate records, follow pharmacy procedures, and support compliance with healthcare standards.
- Help ensure a clean, organized, and efficient pharmacy work environment.
- Communicate clearly with team members to support safe and timely pharmacy service.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $12.00 to $12.70 per hour.
- Job type: Direct hire.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support prescription processing, medication preparation, and pharmacy workflow.
- Assist with inventory, labeling, documentation, and pharmacy organization.
- Provide patient-focused service and communicate effectively with pharmacy team members.
- Follow established pharmacy procedures, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Completed Pharmacy Technician training.
- 1 to 2 years of pharmacy, healthcare, or related experience preferred based on experience level.
- Candidates with or without an active Pharmacy Technician license are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling medication-related tasks.
- Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
- Dependable, organized, and committed to patient care and service quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, clinical pharmacy, or healthcare setting.
- Active Pharmacy Technician license.
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with pharmacy systems, prescription workflows, and inventory procedures.
