We are seeking a Temporary Service Representative to present and promote our programs to Independent Community Pharmacies. This role serves as a key resource throughout the full enrollment and onboarding process, providing guidance and support at each stage. The Representative will also be responsible for training new pharmacy partners on the effective use of the program platforms and will maintain communication and coordination with the program’s third-party provider.
Responsabilities:
Present and promote the Align RX PSAO and Reconciliation Programs in community pharmacies.
Explain to clients each of the required steps to enroll in the Align RX programs, as well as the necessary documents and licenses.
Train new pharmacies on how to use the Align RX PSAO and Reconciliation program platforms.
Respond to pharmacy inquiries and provide guidance regarding the use and benefits of the Align RX programs.

Qualifications:
Pharmacy Technician Experience
Sales experience
English and Spanish proficiency
Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work with minimal supervision
