About the Opportunity
Our client, IBEX, is seeking customer-focused professionals to join a high-volume healthcare support team. This fully remote role supports customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers with questions regarding prescription benefits, medication coverage, claims, home delivery services, billing, authorizations, and healthcare benefits.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong customer service skills who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.


What You Will Do
- As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you will:

- Handle inbound customer service calls from members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.

- Assist with prescription benefits and medication coverage inquiries.

-  Help customers understand billing, payments, eligibility, and claims status.

- Research and resolve issues using multiple computer systems.

- Document all customer interactions accurately.

- Build rapport through active listening and empathy.

- Work toward first-call resolution whenever possible.

- Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.


*Candidates should expect a high-volume call environment averaging approximately 60 to 80 inbound calls per day.


Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Comfortable learning and navigating multiple computer systems.

- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to attend all scheduled training sessions without interruption.


Preferred Qualifications
- Call center experience.

- Healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, or medical office experience.
- Remote work experience.

- Familiarity with healthcare terminology, insurance benefits, or pharmacy services.


Training

- 16 days of classroom training.

- 5 days of assisted live-call training.

- 100% attendance is required throughout training.

Candidates must be able to learn new systems quickly, adapt to change, and successfully navigate a virtual training environment.


Schedule:

The operation supports customers seven days a week.


Available operating hours are:

- Monday through Friday: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM CST

- Saturday and Sunday: 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST


Candidates must be available to work a full-time 40-hour schedule and must be available for at least one weekend day.


Work From Home Requirements:
  Candidates must have:

- A private, dedicated workspace with a door.

- A workspace that is not shared with other household members during working hours.
- Hardwired internet connection (Wi-Fi is not permitted).

- Minimum internet speeds of:
50 Mbps download
10 Mbps upload
No satellite internet, hotspots, or 5G internet services.

- Ability to maintain a HIPAA-compliant workspace.

- Ability to remain on camera while working when required.


*Equipment will be provided by the client.

 Candidates must currently reside in one of the following states:


Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
