We are currently seeking Pharma Operators to join a dynamic team within the pharmaceutical industry, focused on quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
-Operate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment following SOPs and GMP guidelines
-Perform manufacturing and packaging processes of pharmaceutical products
-Accurately complete batch record documentation
-Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and FDA regulatory standards
-Support cleaning, setup, and preparation of work areas
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology or related field) or 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
-Knowledge of GMP and standard operating procedures
-Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
-Availability to work rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, or extended hours if required)
-Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
