Local Nashville organization is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) that is a team player and is looking for financial stability and professional growth, all while telecommuting on a hybrid schedule. The CSR position provides fantastic earning potential compensation is like no other organization around... we pay industry-leading compensation including base salary, bonuses, monthly profit distribution payments, 401k match and ESOP shares bringing compensation levels above $60K. Our CSR’s career path leads to the Personal Lines Account Manager role, with the ability to earn up to $100K in total compensation (salary, bonus, commissions, ESOP).
