We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Personal Lines Insurance Retention Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage an existing book of personal lines clients with a strong emphasis on policy renewals, client retention, and relationship building. Your ability to deliver exceptional service and ensure clients have the right coverage will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively manage and service an assigned book of personal lines insurance clients.
Monitor policy renewals, initiate client outreach, and review coverage to ensure continued satisfaction.
Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce cancellations and enhance client loyalty.
Conduct policy reviews, identifying opportunities for coverage updates, cross-sells, and up-sells.
Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries regarding policies, billing, and claims.
Partner with carriers to negotiate renewals, process endorsements, and resolve underwriting issues.
Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.
Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and policy details to support informed decisions.
Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BA) preferred; or five years of related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.
