The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong focus on client outreach, retention, and relationship management. This role requires an active insurance license and a proven track record of success in managing Home, Auto, and Property/Casualty accounts. Key Responsibilities: Manage and service personal lines accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Drive client outreach initiatives and retention practices to strengthen long-term relationships. Provide support and guidance to clients regarding Home, Auto, and Property/Casualty insurance coverage. Maintain compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: 3–5+ years of experience in personal lines account management. Active insurance license required. Strong communication and client relationship skills.
