Personal Injury Litigation Legal Assistant / Paralegal

Our client is seeking experienced candidates with a strong background in personal injury law and heavy litigation support for a fast-paced law firm environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Support attorneys with all phases of personal injury litigation
-Prepare, review, and manage pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial documents
-Coordinate filings, deadlines, and court calendars
-Assist with case preparation, including trial and settlement support
-Maintain case files and ensure compliance with court requirements

Qualifications:
-Previous experience working in a personal injury law firm
-Hands-on experience supporting litigation-heavy caseloads
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
-Proficiency with legal document management systems preferred
